What You’ll Be Doing
  • Accurately record incoming deposits and ensure they are deposited in a timely manner
  • Ensure payments, amounts and records are correct
  • Maintain accurate records of deposits, including date, amount, and relevant account information
  • Identify and address discrepancies to the Regional Office Manager
  • Adhere to Abell policies, procedures, and regulations related to cash handling and deposit processing
What You Bring To The Team
  • High school diploma (some post-secondary education is an asset)
  • A basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errorsProficiency in basic math skills for accurate calculations and record-keeping
  • Ability to learn and utilize related hardware and software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
