A local cooperative in Lacombe seeks an Assistant Food Manager (Floater) to assist in daily operations. You will oversee staff, manage budgets, ensure food safety, and foster a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in retail and a good understanding of financials. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to lift heavy items are required. This full-time role offers interaction with various locations, making it dynamic and engaging.
We are currently looking for a full‑time Assistant Food Manager (Floater) to help oversee daily operations, support our team and ensure a safe, positive experience for customers.
As the Assistant Food Manager, you will report to the Lacombe Food Store Manager and provide additional support to other Central Alberta Co‑op Food locations when needed.
Full‑time: 40 hours per week.
Availability: Weekdays and weekends – mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
