Responsibilities
  • Lead a maintenance team in the operation and maintenance of DTL HV, LV and DC traction power equipment to meet safety, reliability and availability criteria for the MRT system to operate
  • Maintain the power and electrical systems for the Downtown Line HV, LV and DC traction power network
  • Assist in planning, scheduling and implementing projects/maintenance works
  • To lead a maintenance team to carry out corrective and preventive maintenance in accordance to the work instruction and procedures
  • Responsible in maintaining and update work records
  • Undertake tasks and projects as assigned by the superior
  • To enforce Departmental Work Instructions and all rail related safety rules and procedures
  • Responsible for the safety of departmental staff, related contractors and others working on the Electrical Power distribution system in the MRT premises
Requirements
  • Possess a Polytechnic Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Clean Energy / Renewable Energy Engineering or equivalent
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
  • Able to perform 3 rotating shifts
