What you’ll accomplish with us

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Prepare branch review documentation, meeting agendas, and audit reports.
• Support compliance supervision and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Approve KYC updates and new accounts.
• Assist with site reviews and resolution of deficiencies.
• Respond to advisor inquiries and coordinate with head office departments.
• Participate in special projects and contribute to team meetings.
• Foster a culture of open communication and continuous improvement.
