Are you a seasoned Art Director with a passion for crafting customer-focused, high-impact creative? The eBay Brand Creative team is looking for an Art Director to lead the creative direction for US CRM campaigns! In this role, you will oversee the design and execution of engaging email, push notification, SMS, and other customer communications, all tailored to the unique needs of the US market while aligning with eBay’s global brand standards. As the lead Art Director for US CRM, you’ll be responsible for guiding our external agency in crafting visually compelling creative that engages customers, drives retention, and improves their overall experience with eBay. You will work closely with internal and external cross-functional teams including marketing, category BUs, and social strategists, to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will also have the chance to create in-house creative work for CRM touchpoints as needed.
