Overview

Area Sales Representative / Sales Agent / Area Manager / Territory Manager for Saskatchewan (Regina or Saskatoon). The role is for our Spruce Grove based client, a global leader in the design and manufacturing of equipment for land clearing, rock crushing, and vegetation management in agricultural, forestry, and infrastructure sectors.

The company emphasizes innovation, product quality, and strong customer support. The selected candidate should be motivated to learn, grow professionally, and contribute to the corporate philosophy built on commitment, respect, responsibility, and continuous improvement.

Reports To: CEO

Purpose of the Role

To achieve sales targets within the assigned territory by managing the existing customer portfolio and developing new market opportunities. Responsible for promoting the full range of products, maintaining a high-level brand image, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve annual sales targets in line with the company’s strategic plan.
  • Propose and draft the annual budget for each dealer or territory in coordination with the CEO.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers, promoting the full product portfolio and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly visit customers, collect market feedback and insights, and promptly report any financial or business risks.
  • Comply with corporate and managerial directives, maintaining high standards of ethics and service quality.
  • Keep customer records and CRM systems updated, treating them as a vital corporate asset.
  • Participate in scouting activities and support the development of new market opportunities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators: total sales by product and territory, product line growth, variance analysis, corrective action planning.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous sales experience in forestry, agriculture and road maintenance sector is a strong plus.
