About The Opportunity

Our client is a well-established organization operating within the commercial construction and roofing materials space. They work closely with roofing contractors, architects, and construction professionals to support specification-driven projects and product adoption across the Moncton and surrounding market.

This role is a hybrid of field-facing relationship management and technical specification work, with a strong focus on influencing product selection early in the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spend approximately 50 percent of time building and maintaining relationships with roofing contractors. Engage directly with roofers to explain product performance, system advantages, and reasons to specify preferred roofing solutions.
  • Spend approximately 50 percent of time on Business Development.
  • Support the specification and pre-construction process through technical discussions and documentation review.
  • Manage multiple active opportunities simultaneously across the territory.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
  • Solid experience within construction, roofing, architectural, or technical sales environments.
  • Strong understanding of roofing systems and construction practices.
  • Comfort working directly with contractors and field-based stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-based role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Travel Requirements

Up to approximately 60 overnight travel days per calendar year. Overnight travel is discretionary based on business needs and personal preference.
