The Drive Ahead

Responsibilities
  • Assist with diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in line with OEM standards
  • Support multi-point inspections and help identify recommended services
  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components with technician oversight
  • Keep repair bays organized and tools in top shape
  • Work alongside Red Seal Technicians to build skills and increase your scope of work

Performance Essentials

Qualifications
  • Registered Apprentice Automotive Technician or intent to enroll
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to learning OEM processes
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong work ethic and willingness to ask questions
  • Basic familiarity with tools, mechanical systems, or repair processes
  • Valid driver’s license with a clear abstract
  • Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours / week)
