  • Loading, transporting, and delivering items in a safe and timely manner to clients or businesses.
  • Orders are reviewed before and after delivery to ensure that they are complete, that the charges are correct, and that the customer is satisfied.
  • Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles.
  • Accepting payments for goods delivered.
  • Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and dealing with client complaints.
  • Following timetables and adhering to assigned routes.
  • Following all transportation laws and maintaining a clean driving record.
  • Creating reports and other delivery-related documents.
  • Operating vehicles and machinery such as cars, trucks, forklifts, and so on.
  • Collecting and delivering parcels and packages from the central depot to specific addresses specified in the dispatch officer’s delivery instructions.
