The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant specializing in Payroll to join our Managed Services practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ongoing support environments, understands payroll compliance and configuration deeply, and enjoys partnering with clients to deliver stable, scalable, and continuously improving payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities

AMS Delivery & Payroll Support

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating evolving payroll needs into scalable SuccessFactors solutions.
• Monitor and manage service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
• Configure and maintain payroll components including pay structures, calendars, and compliance rules.
• Support integrations with finance systems and third-party payroll providers, ensuring smooth data flow and accuracy.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution of payroll-related incidents and service requests.
• Monitor regulatory changes and proactively recommend updates to maintain compliance.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within payroll operations.
• Support implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.

Collaboration & Client Engagement

• Work closely with client stakeholders, AMS delivery leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Lead regular client calls to review defect status, problems, and enhancement requests.
• Provide clear updates, facilitate prioritization discussions, and ensure alignment on next steps.
• Build strong relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Innovation & Best Practices

• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll updates and AMS delivery trends.
• Recommend best practices for payroll accuracy, compliance, and user experience.
• Participate in release management, regression testing, and deployment of EC payroll platform updates.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll implementation and/or AMS support.
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and integration touchpoints.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with SAP BTP, CPI, or other integration platforms.
• Experience in ABAP HR code development.
• Exposure to Agile and ITIL-based delivery models.
• Prior experience in a client-facing role within a consulting or managed services environment.
• Bilingual (English/French).
