A leading financial institution in Toronto is seeking an Analyst to join their Mid-Market Mergers and Acquisitions team. The role involves supporting various team members in preparing presentations and transaction documentation, conducting detailed research, and developing financial models. What is the opportunity?
The Mid-Market Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Group is seeking an Analyst to support the team in Toronto, and to support team initiatives across Canada. You will support the Associate Directors, Directors, and Senior Directors in the preparation of presentations, research materials, proposals, financial models, and transaction documentation. The Mid-Market M&A team is a strategically important business unit that provides a value added services offering. Mandates include the sale of privately owned businesses and non-core divisions, acquisitions, shareholder and management buyouts, and capital advisory services.
