CIBC Capital Markets provides corporate, government and institutional clients with innovative solutions to raise capital and achieve their investment objectives across North America and in key global financial centers. Our goal is to be our clients’ preferred capital markets banking partner across multiple products and services. As a Loan Syndications Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the entire loan syndication process, from origination through execution to ongoing portfolio management. Your responsibilities will include managing bank market data and preparing presentation materials, contributing to the structuring, marketing, and distribution of arranged and underwritten syndicated loan transactions. You will also help ensure the syndication process is efficient and effective. Working closely with members of the syndication and industry coverage teams (a “Deal Team”) and senior corporate bankers, the Loan Syndications Analyst will gain exposure to a broad range of loan syndication activities, including financial and credit analysis, market research, and transaction execution. This is a challenging and fast-paced role that requires dedication, a passion for industry, analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
