Lead and manage strategic initiatives related to indirect procurement and supply chain optimization.

  • Develop and implement governance frameworks, performance tools, and reporting mechanisms to support leadership decision-making.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration across departments such as Procurement, Logistics, IT, and Finance.
  • Support change management efforts for new tools, systems, and processes impacting supply chain operations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and enhanced supplier relationships.
  • Represent the department in internal forums, executive presentations, etc.
  • Design and develop high‑impact presentations that effectively communicate strategic messages to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and communicate the project status to stakeholders and upper management.
  • Recommend strategies that support company objectives; support ad‑hoc requirements at department and team levels.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
  • You have a bachelor’s degree or an MBA degree or any equivalent degree.
  • You have minimum of 5 to 10 years of project management experience, a PMP is an asset.
  • You have proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects.
  • You have training or experience in Change Management.
  • You demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, capable of negotiating with, aligning and influencing stakeholders at various levels of the company.
  • You demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills; you can work under minimum supervision in an extremely fast‑paced working environment.
  • You are adaptable, curious, and effective at problem‑solving.
  • You have strong organization/time management skills; you deliver on your commitments.
  • You demonstrate good analytical and synthesis skills; you can simplify and convey complex ideas both verbally and in writing.
  • You can communicate effectively in both English and French.
  • You have proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word.
