Wage Range: $18.00 Hourly, Monthly, +Gratuity

What will your work environment be like?: If you want the experience of a lifetime conquering mountain peaks, getting to know grizzly bears, or making friends from all over the world - Alpine Village Cabin Resort is the place for you! Our family-owned business is the perfect place for anyone looking to take on a new position while living within the backdrop of a beautiful national park in the Rocky Mountains. You'll be meeting team members from across the globe and get to participate in team events. You’ll spend your days in and around our amazing property and get the chance to see wildlife while working! Be prepared: we’re going to have some fun but also work pretty hard!

Responsibilities
  • Process telephone calls and e-mails
  • Process arrivals and departures
  • Take, cancel, and change room reservations
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  • Receive payment
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services, and local points of interest
  • Arrange services required for guests with special needs
  • Perform related Front Desk duties as directed by Supervisor

Position Requirements / Qualifications
  • English Fluency Level required for position: Advanced
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Previous experience or education an asset

  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of computers
  • Ability to work within a Team
  • Comfortable standing for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
