Job description

The AIA Regional Director will work to fulfill the mission of Athletes in Action through the implementation of Action Camps, Action Clubs and other community based sports initiatives. They oversee and are responsible for the following areas: the operation of camps, clubs and sports initiatives in their region; hiring in their region; managing the region’s budget; developing relationships with local churches and community sports groups.

• This position requires Ministry Partner Development (MPD) where the successful candidate will be required to build a team which provides financial and prayer support for salary and ministry expenses including benefits coverage.
