About The Role

We’re seeking a fractional AI workflow engineer to design, implement, and optimize our AI‑native development processes. You’ll work alongside the founder and product engineer to embed AI tools into our delivery pipeline, ensuring speed, safety, and repeatability. This is a high‑impact role focused on AI orchestration, workflow automation, and human‑in‑the‑loop controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Design multi‑step AI workflows with human approval checkpoints.
• Build integrations that provide AI tools with safe, relevant context.
• Create and maintain reusable AI prompts, templates, and workflow configurations.
• Set up review and approval interfaces for AI‑generated outputs.
• Capture feedback loops between AI suggestions and human edits.
• Advise on tool selection and integration strategy.
