Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned professional with hands‑on experience in defining product objectives, securing funding and resources, and driving product success. As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Defining clear product goals and objectives that align with broader organizational or business strategies and priorities
  • Securing the necessary financial resources and budget for the product
  • Approving project scope and requirements to ensure alignment with business needs
  • Supporting the project manager in resolving issues, removing obstacles, and making key decisions
  • Making high‑level decisions that impact the project's direction, scope, or budget
  • Championing the project by facilitating buy‑in and support from senior management and other key stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in managing complex software development projects (Agile or Waterfall methodologies)
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, best practices, and industry standards (PMP, Scrum Master)
  • Experience with project management tools and technologies (Jira, ...)
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles, including design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of industry‑specific regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., GxP, HIPAA) for projects targeting CROs and Pharmas
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their applications in Life Sciences
  • Experience with AI/ML project planning, execution, and delivery
Nice to Have
  • Certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies (CSPO, CSM)
  • Experience with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks and standards (Kanban, Lean)
  • Knowledge of deep learning architectures and neural networks
  • Experience with AI/ML model deployment and maintenance
