Territory Account Manager - Crop Protection (Eastern Canada)

We are seeking a motivated sales professional to drive growth across Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritimes. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding agricultural inputs company during an exciting growth phase, with multiple new product launches planned for 2025.

About the Position

As the Eastern Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand market share across Eastern Canada. You\'ll work closely with distribution partners and agricultural retailers to promote crop protection solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for Eastern Canada
  • Manage relationships with distributors and retailers
  • Analyze market trends and competitive activity
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing teams
  • Provide technical support and product training
Required Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years experience in agricultural sales
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Bilingual English / French (required)
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% of time
