Job Summary

Bell Canada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Business Analyst to join our dynamic, cross-functional team. This is a remote position that plays a critical role in bridging business needs with technical execution. You will work closely with product owners, stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure business goals are translated into functional and technical requirements that drive value. As a key contributor in an agile environment, your insights will support the development and continuous improvement of innovative telecommunications and digital solutions across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

  • Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for agile development teams.

  • Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of scope, priorities, and deliverables.

  • Support backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and iteration planning to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend effective solutions.

  • Conduct impact analysis of changes and communicate outcomes effectively to stakeholders.

  • Maintain detailed documentation and ensure knowledge transfer across the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or equivalent.

  • Exceptional ability to multitask and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Solid understanding of systems development life cycle (SDLC).

Experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.

  • Proven experience working in remote or distributed team settings.

  • Experience in telecommunications, IT services, or digital transformation projects is considered a strong asset.

  • Demonstrated success in working within cross-functional teams.

Working Hours
  • Full-time position (40 hours per week)

  • Flexible schedule with core collaboration hours between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST

  • Remote work arrangement with occasional virtual or in-person team meetings

  • Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks and iterative development cycles.

  • Ability to think critically and strategically about business and technical challenges.

  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
