We work with a diverse network of publishers and advertisers, supporting mobile offers, cost-per-action campaigns, app installs, mobile lead generation, and pay-per-call initiatives across international markets.

We are expanding our affiliate team and looking for a driven, relationship-focused Affiliate Manager who excels at both account management and new business development. Role Overview

The Affiliate Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and scaling strong partnerships with publishers and traffic sources. You will manage day-to-day operations across existing accounts while continuously growing the network through recruitment, negotiation, and strategic relationship building. This role requires solid analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, performance-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Network Management
  • Onboard new publishers and traffic sources into the network, including handling IOs, agreements, and required documentation.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing publishers through daily communication, performance monitoring, issue resolution, and ongoing optimization.
  • Ensure brand safety, compliance, and fraud prevention across all activities.
Business Development
  • Recruit new high-quality publishers using industry platforms, LinkedIn, direct outreach, and personal networks.
  • Identify opportunities to expand network supply in mobile apps, pay-per-call, lead generation, and other performance verticals relevant to Creative Clicks.
  • Build long-term relationships that increase revenue, traffic quality, and collaboration.
Campaign Development & Optimization
  • Source relevant offers for publishers and secure competitive payouts.
  • Analyze performance metrics, make data-driven recommendations, and ensure sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote campaigns and develop new opportunities.
Operational Excellence
  • Execute offer onboarding, contract processes, and administrative tasks with accuracy and organization.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and internal tools.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends, client needs, and platform improvements.
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with fellow Affiliate Managers and Development Managers to align on goals, opportunities, and vertical growth strategies.
  • Support team efficiency by sharing insights, onboarding improvements, and best practices.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital media, or performance-based advertising.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience with demonstrated closing skills.
  • Strong understanding of CPA campaigns, mobile performance, and affiliate models.
  • Proven ability to manage publisher relationships and grow accounts proactively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
  • Experienced with CRM tools and online communication platforms.
  • Performance-driven mindset with the ability to operate independently and meet targets.
  • Post-secondary education preferred.

  • Experience in Pay Per Call.
  • Exposure to mobile-first user acquisition or high-volume traffic environments.
