PSP Investments is seeking an Advisor/Senior Advisor for the GenAI & Digital Workplace team in Montreal. This role involves leading Microsoft 365 applications, promoting innovative technologies, and collaborating with partners to improve efficiency across business lines. The Advisor/Senior Advisor plays a key role within the Gen AI & Digital Workplace team tomaximize the value delivered by the Technology, Data, and Operations (TDO) groupto PSP’s various business lines.

ABOUT YOUR ROLEAs an Advisor/Senior Advisor, GenAI & Digital Workplace , you’ll:
Act as aleadin Microsoft 365 applications, Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, and various othercollaborative,automation, andproductivity technologies
Collaborate, guide, and supportthe definition and implementation of solutions with partners tosupport the strategic vision, consideringmarket capabilities(development, testing, implementation, and deployment)
Promote the use of generative AIand otheremerging technologiestodrive innovation
Simplify our technology and operationsthroughintegration,standardization, andautomation
Advise, train, and supportin the definition and implementation ofMicrosoft 365 solutions
Assess opportunitiesto meet theconstantly evolving demandsforefficiency and effectiveness
Analyze opportunitieswith business partners and contribute tocross-functional recommendationswithin your area of expertise
Manage daily operational tasksand ensure they arealigned with PSP’s needs and vision
Stay up to datewith the latestproductivity and artificial intelligence technologies
Identify, anticipate, and resolveorganizational and operational issues
Hold a bachelor’s degree in information technology or possess a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
Have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, including experience with Microsoft 365 technologies
Demonstrate a strong curiosity to explore and innovate with Microsoft 365 applications, Azure AI Foundry, and other collaborative and productivity technologies
Expertise in digital process integration and automation to simplify operations and improve efficiency
Developed problem-solving skills, with knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques to recognize, anticipate, and resolve organizational and operational challenges
Skills in liaising, training, guiding, and supporting the definition and implementation of solutions with business and technology partners
Ability to influence, engage, and build positive relationships with stakeholders, including business lines and corporate functions, and to mitigate potential resistance to change
Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to understand needs, simplify technological solutions, and demonstrate strong team spirit
Bilingualism English and French (Frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)
