We’re Hiring: Administrator!

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting both planning and HR functions? Join the RM of West St. Paul as our Administrator and play a key role in keeping our operations efficient and responsive!

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent (40 hrs per week)

Start Date: To be determined

Salary: $51,962.92 – $67,799.82 annually, based on experience. Comprehensive benefits package included.

Closing Date: January 9, 2026

What You’ll Do
  • Process and track planning applications, permits, and approvals
  • Maintain property and mapping databases
  • Support HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and training
  • Prepare job postings, coordinate interviews, and maintain employee records
  • Assist with workplace health and safety compliance
What We’re Looking For
  • Post‑secondary education in Business Administration, Planning, or Human Resources
  • 2–3 years of administrative experience (municipal or government setting preferred)
  • Knowledge of planning processes and/or HR practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and records management systems
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
