  • Tracks and follows up on accounts payable and receivable bills.
  • Inputs accounts payable entries into the system.
  • Sets up and processes new vendors.

YOUR ROLE

Performs administrative duties related to compliance issues in a station operations environment. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • Functions as station timekeeper for reporting, tracking and processing payroll.
  • Coordinates and maintains training records.
  • Performs collections related functions.
  • Investigates and resolves billing and customer invoicing discrepancies.
  • Prints statements and invoices, runs reports, researches rate disputes, processes invoice reprints and audits House Air Waybills and Bill of Lading's.
  • Investigates and resolves past due accounts payable and receivable bills; and tracks and follows up to ensure bills/payments are received and timely processed.
  • Inputs accounts payable entries into system.
  • Sets up and processes new vendors.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED; Less than one year related experience.
Skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications. Accurate typing skills and/or data entry skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Characteristics
  • Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs. Ability to read, comprehend and write basic correspondence.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
