A municipal office is looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to support their operations in Northwestern Ontario. This role includes processing accounts payables and receivables, performing clerical duties, and providing exceptional customer service. Applicants should have a secondary school graduation and two years of related office experience. Strong written and oral communication skills along with basic word processing and online data entry abilities are essential for success in this position. Under the general supervision of the Deputy City Clerk, supports the Office through monitoring and processing accounts payables and receivables, processing claim letters and performing receptionist and clerical duties, commissioning documents, and issuing licences and collecting fees.
