Overview
Clutch is looking for a Part-Time Production Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. This role provides essential administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth weekend operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for many internal and external interactions, so professionalism, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are a must.
Responsibilities
- Check, receive, and distribute incoming mail and courier packages
- Prepare vehicle safety documents according to Service Ontario requirements
- Monitor inventory and order office supplies as needed
- File, copy, and scan documents to maintain accurate records
- Complete purchase orders for sold units and ensure invoices are kept up to date
- Generate reports and assist with administrative tasks as requested by management
- Provide backup support for other administrative roles when needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean criminal background check
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Ability to commute to Mississauga, Ontario
Schedule
- Part-Time, Saturdays & Sundays
- 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (20 hours per week)
- 3-month contract with the option to transition into full-time
