A financial services company in Toronto is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a team of financial advisors. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various investment products. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant diploma, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize client service. Salary will be commensurate with experience and is an in-office position.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting a growing team of financial advisors, working with branch personnel and head office and client centres to service current clients and onboard new clients.
Must be a strong multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude; professional and attentive, willing to meet each challenge directly, while also being detail oriented and accurate.
The successful candidate must be comfortable with mutual fund, segregated fund, GIC, and insurance products, and confident with computers. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Most importantly, the successful candidate must have strong work ethic and be willing to go the extra mile for the team and each client.
Salary commensurate with experience
