Job summary
A technology solutions provider in Toronto is seeking a motivated Office Coordinator to manage staff, coordinate events, and provide customer service. The ideal candidate has a secondary school graduation certificate and is comfortable working in English in a fast-paced environment. This permanent position requires 30 hours of work per week.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
- Direct staff.
- Motivate staff.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures.
- Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
- Answer electronic enquiries.
- Compile data, statistics and other information.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Oversee payroll administration.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents.
- Conduct research.
- Perform data entry.
- Provide customer service.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
