Hours: 40 hrs./week
Location: Timmins, ON
Closing Date: Open Until Filled

Responsibilities
  • Manage storefront
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Assist with payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
  • Register all units (furnace, A/C, hot water tank, etc.)
  • Light cleaning
Qualifications
  • Minimum three years of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and able to multitask
  • Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to speak French is considered an asset
  • 2-year program for Office Administration is considered an asset
  • Experience with the Sage 50 Accounting program is considered an asset
