We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our Regina team and handle key administrative functions, ensuring everything is running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Bring To The Team
  • 3+ years’ experience in an administrative role. Experience in a professional services environment is a bonus.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Sharp attention to detail and a knack for keeping multiple deadlines on track.
  • Professionalism, initiative, and the confidence to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relationship builder who’s energized by working with people and excited about delivering tailored support by understanding the unique needs of our team and clients. A positive attitude.
How You’ll Support Our Professional Team
  • Play an integral role in supporting staff with day-to-day tasks that improve efficiency, accuracy, and client service.
  • Manage client assemblies, including corporate year-end packages and T1/T4/T5 package preparation and filing.
  • Provide further support by managing shared email inboxes, being the primary contact for building and parking issues, preparing client correspondence, and supporting the team with a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Step in to provide reception coverage as needed, maintaining a polished, client-focused experience at the front desk and on the phones.
