About Us

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. The Administrative Supervisor will report directly to the VP/GM Materials and will be located in our Calgary, AB office.

What You'll Be Doing
  • This role supervises a team of specialists, provides guidance on complex transactions, and ensures efficient operations across materials management.
  • Develop and implement systems for accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support compliance and operational goals.
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service delivery.

Work Environment
