Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in actuarial roles.
- Knowledge of IFRS 17 and corporate actuarial experience.
Responsibilities
- Support Group initiatives, including IFRS 17 implementation.
- Contribute to developing and maintaining actuarial assumptions.
- Collaborate on initiatives to enhance and modernize actuarial products.
- Assist with actuarial valuation activities.
- Conduct in-depth actuarial analysis of product offerings.
- Support capital filing preparation and address regulator requests.
- Provide support for recurring reporting tasks.
- Participate in other assignments and special projects.
Responsibilities
- Support Group initiatives, including IFRS 17 implementation and development, gaining firsthand exposure to modern actuarial standards.
- Contribute to developing, refining, and maintaining actuarial assumptions through detailed experience studies for accurate financial modeling.
- Collaborate on initiatives to enhance and modernize actuarial products and procedures, helping evolve the business.
- Assist with actuarial valuation activities, building strong skills in financial reporting.
- Conduct in-depth actuarial analysis of current product offerings, delivering insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Support capital filing preparation and address ad-hoc requests from regulators.
- Provide support for recurring reporting tasks, including audit processes, regulatory filings, and ORSA, developing well-rounded financial reporting knowledge.
- Participate in other assignments and special projects, broadening your skillset and driving team success.
QUALIFICATIONS
