About the role: Field Account Executive

As a Field Account Executive, you will consistently engage in prospecting and hunting for new business using proven best-practice strategies. You’ll visit clients, build trusted relationships, and manage key accounts with a strong focus on retention and growth.

You will also be responsible for preparing and delivering tailored formal presentations to clients, coordinating with various internal teams such as Inside Sales, Airfreight, Trade Networks, and Global Accounts, all while executing your business plan and hitting your targets.

Requirements / Skills

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3–4 years of B2B outside sales experience
  • Proven success in selling to C-level executives
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and a self-motivated attitude
  • Willingness to travel 3 days a week
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • If located in Quebec, bilingual proficiency in English and French is required
