The Organisation :

Our client is a well known and highly reputable aged-care business that continues to grow, seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accounts Receivable officer to join their team on a full-time 2 month temporary basis with the potential to convert to permanent.

The Responsibilities :

The duties of the role will consist of the following; however will not be limited to :

  • Daily banking and bank reconciliations
  • Generating and issuing of invoices for clients
  • Collection calls and emails
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Assisting in the setting up of payment plans
  • Credit applications
  • Any other ad hoc accounts duties
The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will posses the following attributes; however will not be exclusive to :

  • Will have prior experience in the accounts receivable space
  • Strong ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work within a team environmentHigh attention to detail
  • Has prior experience with work in the construction industry
