Role Overview

We’re seeking a meticulous, proactive Accounts Executive to take ownership of the full finance function for multiple business units, including AR, AP, month-end closing, management reporting, GST returns, intercompany transactions, and audit support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage AR: invoicing, collections, credit notes, dispute resolution.
  • Month-end closing: journals, reconciliations, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow.
  • Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
  • Prepare sales commission calculations.
  • Support annual financial audits with schedules and documents.
  • Participate in ad-hoc finance projects and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience; full set of accounts preferred.
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills; ERP knowledge a plus.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, GST reporting, and audit processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • High integrity, reliability, and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
