Responsibilities
  • Proactively communicate with customers to follow up and collect outstanding accounts receivable
  • Reconcile and maintain accurate customer account records
  • Prepare and issue accurate, timely invoices
  • Oversee and administer accounts payable process
  • Provide support to the Finance team as necessary
  • Manage and reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of accounting experience, ideally in accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bilingual in French and English (required)
