Essential Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or bookkeeping.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (small to medium-sized businesses) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with Acumatica.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Inquisitive nature for problem-solving and customer inquiries.
Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with office hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (30‑min lunch) or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The dress code is smart casual, with jeans permitted on Fridays. The team consists of four people total. The office is not located near lunch spots. Benefits include dental care, extended health care, on‑site parking, two weeks of paid time off, vision care, and 50% of premiums. The team environment is nice, offering good learning experience with ERP implementation and a team in a growing business.

The pay range for this position is $57,000.00 - $65,000.00/yr.
