About the Opportunity
- Prepare timely and accurate journal entries including cash, accruals, fees, etc. as required in completing the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes processes
- Responsible for the accurate completion of Balance Sheet reconciliations and follow-up on outstanding issues
- Take ownership of the daily/monthly bank reconciliations and issue resolution
- Responsible for cash receipts which includes researching the origin of cash receipts and collecting appropriate backup
- Prepare wire requests and be the backup for wire transfers in the respective bank portals
- Prepare internal billings for clients and work with the Finance Manager in the reporting of receivables and the status of collections
- Aid in the preparation of the monthly HST & New York State tax filings
- Generate monthly financial reporting for the Project Management office
- Back up for A/P Processing
- Look for opportunities to improve processes within the current role
- Assist with special projects or other tasks as required
About You
- 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000/year
