A leading financial services provider is seeking an Account Executive - Small Business in Winnipeg to develop advisor relationships and provide sales support. The role involves working with advisors in the Small Business market (2-50 lives) and requires strong interpersonal skills and a relevant degree or experience. The position offers a hybrid work model and a competitive compensation package including benefits and retirement plans.
The Account Executive - Small Business role focuses on pro-active sales and relationship building by meeting with plan advisors to understand and develop solutions to meet their clients' business needs. The Account Executive will develop existing advisor relationships while pursuing opportunities with advisors who do not have an established relationship with Manulife. This role focuses on advisors and their clients in the Small Business market segment (2 - 50 lives).
