What you’ll be doing:

This is a hunter role, focused on acquiring new Perk Providers and building a stronger value proposition for our members. If you thrive on cold calling, opening doors, and converting prospects into long-term partners, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound prospecting through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects across Canada (and select U.S. opportunities).
  • Research target companies, identify decision-makers, and tailor outreach strategies.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations that demonstrate ROI and align with partner goals.
  • Negotiate terms and close new partnership agreements.
  • Maintain CRM discipline with accurate tracking, forecasting, and activity logging.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and ensure smooth handoff to account managers for renewals/upsells.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in a sales role, ideally with new business acquisition in digital media, partnerships, or B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of cold calling and consistent pipeline generation.
  • Demonstrated success hitting and exceeding acquisition targets.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting to senior decision-makers.
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and comfortable with rejection.
  • Knowledge of digital sales/affiliate marketing is an asset. Availability to travel on an as-needed basis.
