Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic Account Director who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll lead a portfolio of high-value accounts, shaping marketing strategies that drive growth while ensuring flawless delivery. This is a role for someone who builds trust quickly, communicates with confidence, and loves being the go-to advisor for senior clients. You’re equally comfortable presenting bold strategies to executives and rolling up your sleeves to help internal teams bring those strategies to life. You’re commercially savvy, deeply curious about B2B marketing, and motivated by creating meaningful impact for clients. Responsibilities
  • Lead & Grow Client Partnerships
  • Own a portfolio of 4 - 5 accounts, building lasting executive-level relationships (Director to VP)
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients solve business challenges and accelerate growth
  • Bring industry expertise and market insights that elevate client strategies and outcomes
  • Drive Strategy & Innovation
  • Lead account planning and design integrated marketing solutions that connect directly to client business objectives
  • Anticipate evolving challenges and connect clients with the right strategies, experts, and tools
  • Inspire both clients and internal teams with a clear, forward-looking vision
  • Deliver Commercial Impact
  • Oversee revenue forecasting, budgets, and margin performance for your accounts
  • Ensure projects deliver on time, on budget, and on brief — while driving measurable ROI
  • Balance client value with agency growth, championing win-win outcomes
  • Inspire Internal Teams
  • Partner closely with Strategy, Media, Creative, and Technology to deliver seamless solutions
  • Provide clarity and leadership that empowers teams to deliver their best work
  • Mentor account managers and emerging leaders to strengthen performance and elevate client impact
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of account management or client leadership experience, ideally in a B2B agency environment
  • A proven track record managing complex accounts and senior client relationships
  • Strong understanding of integrated B2B marketing — from ABM and demand gen to content and digital
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing forecasts, budgets, and profitability
  • Familiarity with modern marketing tech stacks (CRM, MAPs, analytics)
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • A balance of big-picture strategic thinking and roll-up-your-sleeves execution
