Position Summary:

We are hiring an Account-Based Marketing Specialist to join our team! You will be the hands‑on executor for payer ABM plays and will liaise closely with the Payer Account Based Marketing Managers who own the overall plays — (translating strategy into multi‑channel campaigns, measurement and enablement). As the ABM Sr/Specialist – Demand Generation, you will execute those plays, provide campaign‑level input, surface account‑level insights, and feed learnings back to the ABM Play Owner for iteration and scaling. You’ll partner with ABM, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Sales and Revenue Ops to design and run account‑centric campaigns that drive engagement, pipeline and close rates for strategic payer accounts.

In this role, you will:

  • Execute ABM programs for U.S. payer accounts across the account journey (awareness → engagement → opportunity → expansion) based on the ABM Owner’s strategy.
  • Run multi‑channel campaigns: email (Pardot), Demandbase programmatic, LinkedIn, digital ads, personalized landing pages/microsites, events and Qualified chat.
  • Personalization at scale: implement dynamic content, account‑specific landing pages and nurture programs aligned to payer buyer roles.
  • Orchestrate conversational marketing: design Qualified chat flows and routing for payer accounts; ensure conversion capture feeds into Pardot/SFDC.
  • Measure & optimise: own campaign KPIs, account engagement metrics, multi‑touch attribution and ROI; iterate via testing.
  • Ensure compliance & governance: follow Legal/Privacy guidelines for U.S. healthcare data and consent (HIPAA awareness preferred).
  • Support the execution of virtual events and webinars
  • Operate with an Agile mindset! We work in two week sprints to ensure we can learn from our results and each other as quickly as possible.

Security‑Related Responsibilities

  • Compliance with Information Security Policies
  • Ensure access management is performed in compliance with the employee's role and responsibilities
  • Responsibility and accountability for executing League's policies and procedures within the department/ team
  • Notification of HR, Legal, Compliance & Security of any incidents, breaches or policy violations

What you bring:

  • 2 - 4+ years in B2B marketing ideally in Demand Generation / Account Based Marketing roles
  • You love living in the tools! Hands‑on experience with Demandbase, LinkedIn Ad Manager, Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement) and Salesforce (SFDC); experience with Webinar Hosting Platforms (Goldcast) and Qualified is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with account‑based tactics.
  • Strong project management, written communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable driving execution while liaising with the ABM Owner and Sales.
  • Comfortable working in Toronto in‑office four days per week; occasional U.S. travel may be required.
  • Comfortable with using AI tools like Chat GPT, Otter.ai, and Notebook LLM to support analysis, writing and daily workflow optimisation.

Nice‑to‑haves

  • LinkedIn Ad‑Manager / Pardot / Demandbase / Other ABM certifications
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare and U.S. payer landscape — buyer roles, procurement cycles and regulatory considerations.
