Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in program administration.
  • Experience in a technology-centric environment with multiple stakeholders or emergency management.
  • Familiarity with 911 call handling solutions or Next Generation 911 technology is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Guide two major provincial programs for the Incident Management (IM) and 911 Branch.
  • Analyze existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and shape policies and tools.
  • Support planning and evaluation of project activities tied to system modernization.
