Overview

This posting is for a 4-month STUDENT Winter 2026 placement with a start date of January 2026 and end date of April 2026.

In order to be eligible for this 4-month Student position, you must either:

  • Be returning to school after the work term end-date of April 2026; or
  • If you are not returning to school (i.e., graduating in December 2025 or April 2026), you require the work term as a mandatory component to graduate successfully.

Please ensure that you meet these eligibility requirements before applying – candidates who apply but are found to be ineligible are not able to be considered.

What is the opportunity?

In this role, you will provide professional, attentive and accurate support to the Treasury and Cash Management Relationship Management teams. As first point of contact, you control activities to ensure they are prioritized to maintain the Team’s focus on implementation of strategies, processes and disciplines to achieve sustainable earnings and revenue growth through the sales and relationship force. You will also develop relationships with service partners to ensure client satisfaction and efficient operations of the unit.

What will you do?
  • Manage in office routines, including maintaining a shared calendar and scheduling meetings
  • Responsible for maintaining electronic files, documents and document repositories
  • Gather and prepare material required for presentations and meetings
  • Provide assistance in the preparation of various data reports, job aids, and internal communications
  • Participate in operational projects which contribute to the Business Performance of the Treasury and Cash Management team
  • Assist with the preparation and production of client-facing sales and marketing documents including designing, formatting, proofreading and editing
