Are you a proven leader with a strong drive to succeed? As an Assistant Manager, you support the Store Manager in all areas and are responsible for primary duties when the Store Manager is not present. We are looking for passionate beauty leaders who are eager to support and help run one of our stores.

Responsibilities
  • Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives a great, personalized experience.
  • Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
  • Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety, security rules, and Company policies.
  • Ensure the store presents its best appearance at all times.

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of customer service / retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
  • Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
  • Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Passion for all things hair and beauty.
Requirements
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
  • May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

The position requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipments or boxes; and working around moving parts or equipment. May occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
