Estamos em busca de um Especialista em Atendimento ao Cliente (PCD) talentoso para se juntar à nossa equipe. O candidato ideal precisa ser capaz de fornecer soluções ao cliente enquanto gerencia as necessidades operacionais e colabora estreitamente com parceiros funcionais (Manufatura, Marketing e Vendas, Cadeia de Suprimentos, etc.) para atender aos objetivos da empresa.

Responsabilidades:

• Executar o processo de entrada de pedidos e gerenciar o processo de atendimento de pedidos para um determinado negócio ou grupo de negócios e clientes, que normalmente são clientes prioritários e fundamentais com um alto grau de complexidade.

• Manter um conhecimento profundo dos produtos e negócios.

• Fortalecer o relacionamento com o cliente desenvolvendo parceirias sólidas, entendendo as necessidades do cliente e reunindo inteligência de mercado.

• Coordenar as atividades nas contas dos clientes atribuídos, abordar problemas de forma proativa e implementar soluções.

• Manter os níveis de serviço de acordo com a priorização do negócio

• Diferenciar entre os requisitos do cliente e os recursos da Dow; escolher a melhor solução.

• Apoiar as estratégias comerciais com clientes da Dow de vários negócios

Requisitos:

• Experiência prévia de 3 anos com atendimento B2B

• Conhecimento em sistema integrado

• Espanhol ou inglês avançado

• Entendimento de comércio exterior e importação/exportação.
