Responsibilities:

• Lead, inspire, and motivate your team to build the best benefits platform in the market;
• Lead the delivery of applications ensuring security, resilience, scalability, and quality;
• Improve work processes to increase productivity and efficiency;
• Collaborate and align with the company's product/tech strategy across teams and areas;
• Propose and collaborate on decisions regarding product and technology evolution;
• Build and maintain success metrics for the tribe/squads;
• Actively participate in the growth of our people;
• Attract, retain, and recognize talent;
• Strengthen the tech/product/design culture daily;
• Manage end-to-end solutions and understand their relation to other areas;
• Support and have experience in complex hybrid infrastructure environments (cloud and on-premises);

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of leadership experience in software engineering teams;
• Over 5 years of experience in software development;
• Over 5 years of experience leading cloud applications, architecture, front-end, and back-end;
• Knowledge of DevOps practices;
• Experience and knowledge in software engineering and application development for technical debates;
• Strong technical skills and understanding of software engineering standards;
• Understanding of scalable, highly available, resilient, and secure solution patterns;
• Proficiency in engineering metrics, efficiency, product, and UX;
• Knowledge of Extreme Programming, Lean, and Kanban methodologies;
• Deep understanding of DevOps culture and practices.
