The Field Service Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for delivering services to our customers, performing preventive and corrective technical services in line with good maintenance practices. The FSE plays a key role in delivering results within business expectations and leading the installed base assigned to him/her for excellence in performance. The FSE is the strongest link between the real needs of customers and how the customer perceives Beckman Coulter as a business partner. Leadership is essential in maintaining a high level of satisfaction and meeting customer needs.
This position is part of Service Brazil located in Recife, Pernambuco, with opportunities to be on-site with customers. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be part of the Field Service Engineer Team and report to the Technical Leader Sul. Your responsibilities include maintaining high customer satisfaction for after-sales services, managing customer relationships, developing your technical skills, complying with service tools, managing demands vs. priorities, understanding impacts on service metrics, managing costs and resources, collaborating with the commercial team, and providing technical leadership for your installed base. You should aim to build a world-class Field Service Engineer organization.
