Qualifications

- Ability to diagnose distributed system issues using logs and monitoring tools.
- Experience with on‑premises infrastructure.
- Strong communication skills for English-speaking client meetings.
- Experience with Agile / Kanban methodologies.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Support the development team in a microservices e-commerce platform.
- Manage Kubernetes microservice deployments using Helm charts.
- Maintain Jenkins CI / CD pipelines; resolve deployment failures.
- Collaborate with Java and Python teams for deployment needs.
- Troubleshoot client ecosystem tools and support backend technologies.
- Analyze logs from Kubernetes pods and VMs using monitoring tools.
- Participate in English-speaking client meetings to gather requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation.
Skills
Support the development team responsible for translating and adapting a distributed microservices e-commerce platform.
Manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes microservice deployments using Helm charts.
Operate and maintain Jenkins CI / CD pipelines; diagnose and resolve failures in automated deployment processes.
Collaborate closely with Java and Python development teams to understand deployment requirements.
Troubleshoot client ecosystem tools based on Jenkins self‑service pipelines.
Support backend technologies such as PostgreSQL and Kafka, handling configuration, connectivity, and integration issues.
Retrieve and analyze logs from Kubernetes pods and on‑prem VMs using Grafana, ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), and Jenkins logs.
Participate in English‑speaking client meetings to gather requirements, clarify needs, and provide updates.
Manage work using a Kanban workflow.
Contribute to improvements in deployment processes, documentation, monitoring, and troubleshooting procedures.
Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and containerized deployments in on‑premise environments.
Strong understanding of CI / CD pipelines, especially Jenkins.
Basic to intermediate experience with microservices written in Java and Python.
Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Kafka.
Ability to diagnose distributed system issues using logs, dashboards, and monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK, etc.).
Experience with on‑premises infrastructure.

Proven experience troubleshooting legacy systems built in Java.

Knowledge of networking, authentication, and authorization concepts.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
Experience with Groovy for Jenkins Pipeline‑as‑Code.
