About the role

As a Functional Architect, you will make an impact by designing and implementing Workday Financial Management, Workday Reports, and Workday HCM solutions that drive business efficiency and strategic growth. You will be a valued member of our team, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver robust solutions for Asset and Wealth Management, with a preference for experience in Asset Management Operations.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead the design and implementation of Workday Financial Management solutions to optimize business processes and enhance financial reporting capabilities.
  • Oversee the development and customization of Workday Reports to ensure accurate and timely data insights for decision‑making.
  • Provide expertise in Workday HCM to streamline human capital management processes and improve employee experience.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align Workday solutions with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Analyze current asset and wealth management processes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all Workday implementations and configurations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Workday configurations, processes, and best practices to support ongoing operations.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower end‑users with the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize Workday solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operation and minimal disruption to business activities.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders to maximize the value of Workday investments.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Workday solutions with other enterprise systems for a cohesive technology ecosystem.
  • Stay updated on Workday product enhancements and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
