Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Pay: $5.00 per hour

We are seeking two proactive and reliable Virtual Assistants to support daily operations, recruitment, and CRM management for our growing company.

Available Shifts
  • VA #1: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (EST)
  • VA #2: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (EST)
Language Requirement
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to emails and customer inquiries
  • Use and maintain CRM systems to track leads, customers, and follow-ups
  • Support email marketing campaigns
  • Assist with SEO tasks and online optimization
  • Handle customer service communications professionally
  • Manage and schedule social media content
  • Provide executive assistant support (calendar management, follow-ups, organization)
  • Support recruitment and hiring processes, including:
    • Posting job ads
    • Screening resumes
    • Scheduling interviews
    • Communicating with candidates
  • Take initiative and proactively suggest process improvements
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Recruiter, or CRM user
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing, SEO, social media, and recruitment tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Highly organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Stable internet connection and ability to work remotely
